Good day, everyone. I am here to provide a review of the F7 RS Puram branch. Firstly, I extend my gratitude to the head of F7 for establishing this branch in RS Puram. Regarding the trainers, there are instances where a single trainer is present, and at other times, two or three trainers attend on successive days. One might initially wonder about their training methodology or the level of individual attention provided. However, all trainers proficiently identify individuals requiring assistance, regardless of group size, be it 10, 20, or 30 participants. They offer personalized guidance and encouragement to each person. In contrast, during machine-based workouts, individuals often proceed autonomously. Instructors may be intermittently present, offering occasional advice before departing. A decline in motivation or engagement in such scenarios can lead to disengagement. Here, however, even a slight dip in motivation is met with proactive encouragement from the trainers. My primary objective in joining was weight loss. I have successfully reduced my weight from 95 kg to 87 kg and feel remarkably well. Thank you F7

Trainers Rittu, Rajadurai and Daanish are amazing, friendly, motivating and always pushing us to give our best.
