One of the best gym I have ever seen so far. Trainer is very professional and friendly. You feel a good vibe when you enter and workout in the gym. Quality wise everything is perfect.

The experience is very good in boss fitness for the past one year. The coaching staffs are friendly and approachable for any clarifications. Got good diet plan based on my goal. Best thing is, if we need to take any break for personal reasons during the billing cycle, we can take it and cover those days after the billing cycle also if we inform the staffs well ahead ! Great gym with fully equipped all types of work out facilities for body building, weight lifting and aerobic exercise. They have Professional and friendly trainers who guide you with your goals. Important thing is that gym has very large space, good ambience and multiple equipments with an excellent layout. I would personally recommend the gym and i have had a few friends also sign up.

I wonder if the trainers have any knowledge about diets Bruh what kinda diet is that? 3 idly+3 egg whites for breakfast 1 apple for lunch A water melon slice for dinner Who the hell creates this kinda diet?!! Less than 500 calories a day? You guys know what will happen it someone follows this? Are the trainers really certified or have any experience in this? If you guys don't know to sketch a diet then don't do it! Imagine if someone follows this he'll go through metabolism slow down, muscle loss, nurition deficiency. And you gave this diet to someone who have 'low blood point level' and just wants to reduce 4kgs! Not even the one who wants to attend a competition will follow such a low calorie diet, know what your client's health level first. A lot of people people who don't have any knowledge about health and diet may follow blindly the diet you give them, act responsibly.
