3 stars for equipments ,maintenance and to possess some advanced machines in Chidambaram , Cleanliness is OK ( They clean 10 days once , Too much crowd , Fees is reasonable and justifiable . Coach is worse ( No proper science behind proper bodybuilding ) . Gym inmates are desi types ( Not inculcating proper form and science) , Discipline inside the gym is maintained by the gym management and coach. Over all, average gym in chidambaram not upto mark.

In Chidambaram, A ONE gym is the best for both sex in separate. Fee for gym is also nominal. I recommend that A ONE is best for all.
No proper trainer, have to learn by ourselves only. Poor ventilation no AC.....not soo clean... only positive thing is its prime location easy to acess .....
Having all equipments with very good space. Little crowd, but it creates interest to do more exercise.
