They have canteen facilities too to recover your body with quality food. Monday - Lower body (Group exercise) Tuesday - Cardio (Outdoor) Wednesday - Upper body / Core (Group exercise) Thursday - Muscle Friday - Zumba dance (Group) Saturday - Muscle Highly recommended, especially for beginners!
