I have joined Harsha's prenatal yoga classes during my 3rd month of pregnancy. This was the best thing I did during my pregnancy. We were blessed with a girl baby recently through normal delivery. Breathing techniques taught by Harsha helped very much during the labour. As this is my 2nd pregnancy, I could feel lots of difference with my back pain when compared to my 1st pregnancy where the pain was severe even with normal delivery, every asana that we worked on the spine during classes has made this difference. Above all she constantly checked on our health and well being which was so heart-warming and helped in staying connected. Thank you Harsha for all the good work you are doing which is greatly helping people like us.
