I am a member first of all...the gym is hygienic and has good infrastructure the gym has friendly and we'll experienced trainers...fees structure is affordable mostly. In my case at first I took 3 months membership....but I have some home experience in workout for newbies I would prefer 1 month membership at first...then if it's your thing you can carry-on...for you will be successful I say. Join the gym or any other gym now... And most gym trainers will try to fool you if you do a workout wrong they will not correct you for forcing you to choose oersonal training avoid that kind of gyms. Here our trainer is honest and he perfects each and every one of your workout mistakes. The main thing you need is a good trainer and this place is just right.

It has been a great experience, the trainers have been very helpful & cooperative. The ambiance is great with the trainers attending to the specific needs of your requirement. World's gym is really amazing.. they have a separate floor for ladies, which makes it more safe and comfortable.

Well ventilated gym with wonderful trainer. Even during crowded time the trainer talked effort to look after every single person. Diet plan is very adoptable for everyone. Workouts are given very individually. Good place to start for beginners.
