I used to come to this gym a couple of years ago, and the recent revamp under the new owner has made a noticeable difference. For a small gym in a tier-3 locality, the setup is solid: equipment covers all major muscle groups, with a decent range of free weights and cardio machines: treadmills, cycles, and ellipticals included. Amenities are well-managed: bright lighting, regularly refilled water cans, effective cooling, and even a TV streaming YouTube to keep the vibe going during workouts. What really stands out is the atmosphere. Most members are in their 20s or 30s, both men and women, and everyone minds their own business. Even at peak hours, there's no pressure to vacate machines, and trainers don't hover or nitpick (something I've heard is more common in women-only gyms). That said, like most places, the cable machine tends to get crowded around 8 p.m. I usually just throw on my AirPods, get through my routine, and head out. No frills, just a comfortable, efficient space to stay consistent and put in the work. Considering the locality and the realistic scope for improvement, I'd rate this place a solid 4.5 out of 5. Stay hard.
