U vs U is the place if you are looking to uplift your fitness and maintain healthy lifestyle. I absolutely love how spacious and well designed the gym is. I am a big fan of Marvel DC so that's an extra push for me to stay motivated and work out staring at my favourite Marvel Super Heros. Trainer are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend the gym for both men and women out there.

The gym is always clean, well-organized, and equipped with a wide range of machines and free weights to suit all fitness levels. What really stands out is the friendly and knowledgeable staff--trainers are always ready to help, correct your form, and guide you toward your fitness goals. the atmosphere is always positive. Locker rooms are tidy, the showers work great, and they even offer amenities like protein shakes. Pricing is reasonable for the value you get. I've been going to UvsU Fitness, Madipakkam for the past 15 days, and as a complete beginner to the gym, I've had a very positive experience so far. Trainers Nandha and Hanah have been super helpful -- they guide me with the right form, workouts, and motivation every day. I already feel more energetic and motivated to continue my fitness journey. Before joining, I noticed some older negative reviews, mostly regarding cleanliness. But from what I've seen so far, the gym is now well-maintained and clean, so it seems like those issues have been addressed. Yes, the pricing might feel slightly on the higher side, but considering the supportive environment and the quality of training, I feel it's worth it. Would definitely recommend it, especially if you're starting out!
