I have recently joined the Thirumoolar Yoga for Women classes, and it's really very good and more than what I expect. Everyday class is amazing and giving a good result. And moreover lost weight nearly 6kg in 2months. Suganthi mam class on daily are intense and focused on fitness yoga which is very effective and gives more peace to body, mind and soul.. Asanas are clearly explained and well shown to us. Every class starts with pranayama, then Asanas , surya namakaram and ends with Meditation which helps to keep our mind cool.
