This is my first yoga class.. Teachers are polite and very friendly to the students.. They are giving clear explanation about each&every asanas and it's benefits... Training us to remember all asana names.. correcting our postures whenever we do it wrong.. encouraging us to do better every day.. clearing all our doubts without hesitation.. Caring everyone individually based on their health problems(they instruct what to do & what not to do) with patience.. comfortable timings, neat & clean floors, friendly teachers, good ambience.. also they celebrate all festivals with us a day before., engaging us in games and programs during celebration.. I enjoy going to class every day.
I would highly recommend to all who are looking for a good yoga class.
So Thankful to Kavitha Mam and Sudhindra Aandhiwal Sir(founder).
