As a back pain sufferer, I had tried many types of exercises and therapies. I would get better only to get worse again. At first, I was skeptical about signing up for the strength training exercises which the Underground Barbell Club recommended I do - in order to improve my core strength. The free trial session offered by the trainer Ragul however worked magically and made me feel instantly stronger and I have been hooked ever since. Ragul is patient, careful, observant and dedicated. He is an excellent trainer. So is Aravind. The gym is very well maintained and has some of the best equipments. I would recommend Underground Barbell club without any hesitation.
