It's a great place to start your fitness journey. The coaches and trainers know their stuff very well. They plan the day's work out for you well ahead. We eventually end up doing what we are supposed to do in a fun way. We group train hence there is lot of motivation from each other to get going. The facility is also very good, you can train virtually if you are travelling or having a bad weather. It's really flexible and friendly environment - all you have to go is show up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who are keen on their fitness.
