What I like most is that he gives equal attention to everyone -- from professional bodybuilders to normal men and women across all age groups coming in for weight loss , muscle growth or general fitness. As a senior, I've never felt out of place here. The gym is clean, well-equipped, air conditioned and perfect for all kinds of workouts. It's affordable also. Coach Tyson Dass is very friendly but also a tough taskmaster -- he knows exactly how to push you to do your best without overstraining. The diet advice he gives is also practical and effective, helping me improve not just my strength but my overall energy and confidence. I've seen real progress in muscle tone and stamina. I would wholeheartedly recommend this gym to anyone -- whether you're young or old, beginner or advanced -- if you're serious about improving your health and fitness.
