Hi madam, I feel incredibly lucky to have found a yoga teacher as patient, knowledgeable, and supportive as you for the past 2 years and I am happy to share feedback for the same. What sets you apart is not just a deep understanding of yoga, but a genuine ability to adapt the practice to meet each student where they are. I could personally feel I am active and energetic throughout the day than I was 2 years before. I am able to complete 50 surya namaskarams without taking breaks which is big win for me . Initially, I could manage only a few repetitions of certain exercises or asanas, but with consistent practice, I am now able to complete a full set of 20 repetitions comfortably. Given my past health conditions, reaching this level of progress feels like a major personal victory. It's a powerful reminder of my body's strength, resilience, and capacity to heal. To add to this my sugar levels are manageable and I owe the credit for this to my daily routine of yoga practice with you and the diet tips that I follow based on your advice. I am eating sensibly and have changed my lifestyle altogether to have a pain free and a healthy body. Thank you, for creating such a welcoming and healing space. You've helped me believe that it's never too late to start something new -- and that healing can be both powerful and peaceful!!!
