I recently joined Synergy Fitness, and it has completely transformed my daily routine and physical health. Fairly new gym with all the equipments in good condition. Flexible hours and trainers are available at the gym throughout the day to help and guide you with your routine. I get trained by Faizal in the evening. A young energetic trainer who is always enthusiastic to help you have a good work out. Motivates me to push my limits and has an eye on you constantly even during the gyms busiest hours. Rushes to correct your mistakes and I feel confident in the gym with my work out because of Faizal. If anybody is considering joining the gym , then I would highly recommend to request for Faizal to train you.

I have been working out at SYNERGY FITNESS gym for about 2 months. I must mention the support and guidance i received here from my coach THANGA. I joined here with so much of belly fat, severe pain in my right knee and stiff hips.. In just two months, I was able to see a huge inch loss around abdomen and my packs are getting visible Along with fat loss, my coach gave me lots of knee and hip mobility and strengthening classes which relieved me from my knee pain and my hip tightness has gone completely... I feel like my body has completely transformed with huge changes in my energy levels too. I feel very active and energetic nowadays. Thank you so much once again THANGA for all the efforts you put in me. It would have never been possible without your guidance.

I am a beginner. I am being motivated by Faizal. He is an ambitious person who trains everyone equally. A good potential person in a good training space. Kudos to his work and his team.

I took Evening trainer Mr Faizal personal training for weight loss it was worth every penny and reduced 10 kgs in 1 and a half month which gained me more confidence and it is both refreshing for my stressful routine

Good ambinious and great place for workout.The trainers are coaching in polite and motivated manner. In the mrng session James master who trains very well with care and motivation.
