I train here throughout the week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment!! Excellent personal training & trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals!! Convenience at its finest!! *A special shout out to the trainers SAMEER/RAKESH. They always been very welcoming, kind and generous!!* Highly recommended!!

This GYM has good environment. Both the atmosphere and the trainers (Sameer and Rakesh) are doing great job. They really take care each one of our workout. All the staffs and trainers are very friendly. GYM is very clean and very comfortable for workout. Both the trainers (Sameer and Rakesh) are very motivating.

This is my first gym and I joined here after visiting few other gyms. The good thing is, independent workspace will make u more comfortable and not crowded especially this pandemic. Neat and clean. If u r beginner, u shd definitely try from basic level here. And u can c visible changes in ur body. Of course, Sameer (also Pavithra) will give proper training from level 0.

Recently visited stamin. The ambience was un believable. The workouts are completely different and they cover all styles including tabata.i was so excited to see the mirror which displays all my workouts.most of all personal training I was not charged. It's a great place to hangout The trainer is friendly. Parking was a bit hazzle due to some pavement issues.i am just waiting to shed my post pregnancy weight. Guys it's a definite must time..it's one of a kind gym..
