Smasher Sports Academy

Smashers Badminton Academy in Perungudi is a little inside from the main road, but definitely worth visiting. The academy has three well-maintained wooden courts with good flooring. Shoes are available on rent for 50 per hour. The place is clean, with washroom and drinking water facilities available. Service is good too -- the staff at the counter is polite, helpful, and there's no language barrier, which makes things easy. You can book in advance, go with your group, and enjoy a good game here. Overall, a clean and well-managed academy -- definitely worth it for badminton lovers.

Extremely disappointed with the condition of the badminton court. The roof is leaking badly, and water drips directly onto the playing area. It's not just inconvenient -- it's dangerous. Slippery floors during a match can lead to serious injuries. For a facility that charges players and claims to offer proper indoor infrastructure, this kind of negligence is unacceptable. It's clear that basic maintenance is being ignored. Until this issue is permanently fixed, I won't be recommending this place to others. Players deserve better.

Excellently maintaining court for badminton very nice place to practice after office hours water and other facilities are so good providing quality racket. We enrolled there for playing Badminton here. Charges are 2000 rupees per person for whole month including weekends as well. They also sell badminton and shuttlecock there which are of good quality. We bought Yonex badminton for 1700 and they are very good. You have to wear badminton shoes there, if you don't have then you can rent them for 50 rupees per hour basis. Nice facility they have created.
