I've been going to this gym for the last four months. Though I couldn't be very consistent, Coach Micheal Vijay has been truly motivating and supportive. He makes weight training practical and guides with simple, effective steps so even tough workouts feel easy to follow. He's friendly, disciplined, and ensures we stay on track. I felt like found a best coach to be on track. The gym is spacious, well-maintained, and always clean -- a perfect place not just for fitness, but also for mind detox. Highly recommended
