First of all is don't fall for they so called only today offer .. The female they always keeps saying unless you pay now the offer is available . Which is not true . It's the same everytime . The way she talks to you is like with no interest whatso ever . Always looks at the phone when I was talking to her . No welcoming a new person or basic respect . 2. She does not explain the benifits that come along with the offer . I had to keep asking her and she was like the sever in the hotel who talks so fast , idly ,vada dosa . 3 .as soon the money was paid they never bothered to create the access for me . I had to keep asking people to open the door till a trainer I spoke to created access and gave me the bag . 4. When you join you are on your own no trainer to help you or tell you what u have to do . Trainer pushes you to get a personal which costs 10k . That's more than the annual fee . 5. So called steam bath and lockers , till now I don't know even if they have it .because I was not showed the place . Hopefully they pull up they socks and do something , if not I will have to email SAM PAUL directly . Customer service and satisfaction is 0 here .

I've been working with Ajay (Trainer for the last two weeks) He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and also incredibly motivating. He always push me to achieve my goals and he is always willing to modify exercises to suit my needs. and I now feel more confident and comfortable in the gym. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated and supportive trainer.. One of the best places for workout. Professional environment with experienced trainers. Highly recommend Slam Life Style And Fitness Studio (Perambur) for better strengthining exercise and expected results..

Great places for intense workouts . Lots of varied equipment. Trainers are very friendly and motivating . Especially my trainer Mr.RAGHU gives good workouts chart and MR .SHAIN SHA (TEAM TIGER) gives many tip for muscle building and MR.SATHISH well experienced trainer who motivates you TO LOAD HEAVY WEIGHTS. Well maintained and sanitized GYM

I had a really disappointing experience at Slam Gym in Perambur. I paid 6,000 for a 3-month membership in January, but shortly after that, I got injured and couldn't walk for a month. My doctor told me to rest, so I asked the gym if they could freeze my membership for a while. I even said I could show them medical documents. But they kept saying their rules don't allow it, and they wouldn't even let me talk to the manager. I found the whole thing really unfair and frustrating, especially after paying the full amount. I'm sharing this so others know how they treat people in tough situations. I really hope they learn to be more understanding in the future.
