When compared to other gyms in KK Nagar, Slam is definitely a much decent place. The trainers are extremely professional and very helpful. All the trainers are ready to help you with anything at any point. They provide amazing care. Special credits to Coach Akram. Coach Akram takes great efforts in helping and coaching even the beginners. He is always mindful of the person's progress, health conditions and personalises the workouts based on body type and capabilities. His dedication to fitness is seen through his efforts in making sure no one feels left out. He even goes above and beyond in altering the workouts for people with multiple complications and physical limitations. His deep knowledge and subject matter expertise is quite impressive. Overall, Slam KK Nagar is worth it because of wonderful trainers like Coach Akram. Also a special mention to the housekeeping staff here for maintaining a hygienic environment (with a smile on their face). :)

Slam here is a happy place to work out the trainers. here are so encouraging and supportive,especially Sridhar master has given me a lot of training where I lost nearly 16 kgs in 45 days. This is a lifetime transformation and I am feeling so confident and myself esteem has increased a lot.

I can say that this is one of the best gyms in KK Nagar. Well maintained and well cleaned. I would like to appreciate all the trainers, especially Darwin. I was around 110 kg, because of his great support, I was able to reduce to 91kg.

Slam fitness centre is well maintained. But some trainers are not good and unprofessional. Especially one trainer named Akram is highly unprofessional and missed his separately paid personal training classes for my daughter and cheated on the numbers. The centre is also not monitoring the PT classes of their trainers and always back their trainers only and not customers. Beware before you enrol their PT programs or don't enrol them at all. Be on your own .
