Worst gym experience ever! The air conditioning has been out for more than a week and the management doesn't seem to care at all. Working out here feels unbearable and completely unprofessional. The staff is unresponsive and the management is the worst I've ever seen in a gym. I absolutely do not recommend this place -- never waste your money or time here. There are far better gyms that actually care about their members.

Although the gym trainers are performing well here, the management is completely at fault. I'm wondering why I joined this terrible management. I've been working out without air conditioning for the last five days, and the management hasn't made any plans. I paid to work out in air conditioning, but now the management is behaving like the other little gyms outside that don't have air conditioning. I even thought of telling the female manager to get through the services, but I can't find her here in the morning. Additionally, the female manager spoke rudely to me a week ago, telling me that I would have to wait till we changed the forearm machine's hand rest next month. Additionally, the management is completely uncaring and deserves a zero out of ten. She wouldn't have spoken to me in that manner as a manager, and she also yells at us when we ask questions. I've included photos of the gym, including the thread mill, which will need to be adjusted because it has been undergoing maintenance for the last two months. Management can yell at me and ask questions afterward, so tell them to follow by the guidelines.

1/5 I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Skale Gym, Alapakkam Porur. Despite being marketed as a premium fitness center, the reality is far from it. Frequent power cuts: Almost every other day, there are power failures during peak workout hours. Shockingly, no backup power is provided, even though they have generators. The management simply doesn't bother to use them, leaving members frustrated in the dark or waiting endlessly. Poorly maintained equipment: Most of the gym equipment is either outdated or not properly maintained. Machines squeak, treadmills stop mid-run, and weights are scattered or damaged. This not only ruins the workout experience but also poses a safety hazard. Lack of accountability: Despite repeated complaints from members, the management has done little to address these issues. It feels like they are more focused on enrolling new members than actually maintaining the facility or providing a basic standard of service. To the community: If you're serious about your fitness goals and expect basic amenities like uninterrupted power and safe equipment, I'd strongly suggest looking at better alternatives in the area.
