The gym is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. My trainer is supportive, motivating, and knowledgeable. Workouts are tailored to my fitness level and goals. I'm already seeing great results and feeling more energetic. Highly recommend for anyone serious about fitness!

Great place to work. Well equipped one having alternate machine for every workout. Coaches are very professional and provide workout based on your body conditions.

Gym is actually pretty good, it is only pocket friendly gym in locality. Only issue is parking . Coming to equipment, equipments are bang for bucks . They even have specialized trainer like steven to train only women ( Men are invisible in his eyes ). If you can formulate your own workout ,then trainer issue is sorted out , bcoz it's same like other gym . Where trainer plays no part in your workout regimen. Few trainers like benny are extremely knowledgeable ,He knows different muscle groups and proper workout to hit each one . It's actually rare thing to find a science based trainer in these days , kudos to him . And pradeep is a easy to approach and best one among all .

I recently joined Skale, and so far, the experience has been great. The gym is well-equipped and has a good atmosphere for working out. A special shoutout to Coach Steven--he clearly knows what he's doing and has been super helpful in guiding me through my workouts. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here!
