I am writing this detailed feedback based my experience, I have googled reviews and found this as best place to learn yoga. Before I join this course I am suffering from multiple health issues due to work and life style to manage my work, spine issues, shoulder, heel and neck pains due to long working hours and improper postures. But this program helped me a lot just in 20 days I am almost feeling relief from the chronic pains I have and body stiffness reduced and getting flexible. I tried all workout from Internet but understood now there should be proper understanding on what, how and why we do the yoga to cure our health which Maam has helped me a lot in explaining and patiently taught me the proper way to be healthy. She includes all exercises based on work we do to help us feel better day by day while we work.
Also, introduced me to Satvik diet program, where I understood necessity of healthy food for body to cleanse, and take energetic and health diet which helped me to lose 5 kg in just 21 days and still going through this diet to reach ideal weight. In the past I never found yoga engaging & gave up each time I attempted, in the first couple of days. But with Sethu Ma'am, it's been interesting & I have now completed 8 classes in 17 days!!! And I feel great. Love the breathing techniques she's teaching - I am finding myself practising them automatically even outside the session! The stretches are awesome - she brings in variety & somehow manages to focus on me & correct me even though it's online and she herself is doing it with us. My pranayama is markedly improved now.
