All the trainers are friendly, and the gym is neat and clean. The gym equipment is of good quality. I've been going to this gym for the past two months. When I joined, I was very lean and weighed 58 kg. Now my weight is 65 kg, having gained 7 kg in just two months. I'm getting excellent results.

Wonderful Gym with a reasonable price. Has a lot of equipments, quality is very good. Trainer Pavithran is very much involved in training everyone and also bringing out the best from us. He is very nice and willing to lend a helping hand and fetched amazing results. Would recommend this gym to anyone.
