Gaja is an amazing gym trainer He's super knowledgeable and really cares about his clients. He explains each exercise clearly and makes sure you have the right form. His workouts are challenging but effective, and I've seen great results in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Gajan to anyone looking for a fantastic personal trainer

1st time I have started the gym in sbd fitness on Feb 2025 that time my weight was 86kg now in Aug 2025 my weight was 80kg heartily thanks to gaja master for the supporting and motivating for the natural weight without any supplements.

Budget and friendly environment In short - BEST GYM AT OUR BUDGET and air conditioned. Gym masters are very friendly To give you an insight - I'm a beginner with no experience in gym environment and equipment, till today ( 13 April 24" )I'm going to this gym for nearly 5 months When I first joined the gym my first impression environment was good has a good set of equipment and mainly it's into the budget I was ok. Me and my friend joined the gym till today we are going to gym consistently. After 5 months now I had great progress and gym masters are very friendly and they guide you through every equipment and procedure. Gymmates also very friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience , mentally heathy environment and I strongly recommend it for budget people who want to go to gym.
