I would like to share some observations regarding the gym's environment and operations.
While the overall atmosphere and ambience are pleasant, and certain activities related to religious occasions and health are commendable, there are several areas that require immediate attention to enhance member experience and outcomes.
Key Concerns:
- Absence of a Dietician:
Nutrition plays a critical role in fitness, accounting for nearly 70% of the regimen. The lack of a qualified dietician to assess and guide members is a significant gap. Many members, including myself, are unsure about what dietary practices to follow, which hampers our progress.
- Unstructured Training Plans:
There is no clear schedule or systematic approach to training. Classes are delegated on an ad-hoc basis by the coaches based on their own perceptions, leading to inconsistency & gradual lack of interest in workouts.
- No Progress Assessment Mechanism:
There is currently no method to evaluate members' efforts or track progress. Without periodic assessments, it becomes difficult to revise plans or set realistic fitness targets.
- Lack of Customised Fitness Plans:
Every individual has unique health conditions and goals. A one-size-fits-all approach is ineffective. A structured system for creating personalised fitness plans would greatly benefit members and improve overall results.
I hope these points will be taken into consideration and addressed with the seriousness they deserve.

Recently joined the gym , paid 15k for personal training which was utter waste of money. The trainer was never there, he was all around chatting. It was such a waste of money and my time. Yes the gym well built, infrastructure is great. But the trainers are not. Am so disappointed that I went here and wasted my money.

NON AC gym and very hot . No weights even after 1 year of opening. Please visit and do a trial day before you enroll and you will understand how hot it is in cardio section and general place.Now they have also placed a banner to block ventilation even further which is not removed after several feedbacks.music system also is bad and jarring like railway station announcements.weights,pulleys and instruments not maintained
