AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS! The trainers here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a positive vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. I have been going here for almost 4 months regularly and i have lost 17 kgs with the help of my coach Mr.Karna . Its a best gym in porur with nice ambiences . I highly recommend checking this gym out.

I can assure you that REDSWEAT is best in and around Porur location. It even stands ahead of top-rated gyms.
The trainers here Especially Manoj & karna are too sweet and offer best training to those to opt this gym. Unlike other gyms, they take care us even if we didn't subscribe to personal training.
They check on us timely with more care and wellness. The environment is super good and clean.
Equipments are cleaned timely and air conditioners are working fine. This is my honest review, not just for the sake of google maps. A decent unisex gym in this location.

Redsweat fitness studio is the best gym in madhanandhapuram and the gym Trainers are very friendly type(manoj). The maintenance and ambiance are neat and clean. Gym fee are value for money and you will get a good coaching in this gym apart from this the training session are good with in 3 month I gain my weight more than I expected because of my trainer (Manoj) he's always with me and motivating every moment this gym is apart from my expectations really worth it....
