Very good gym and in affordable subscription fee . Especially Gym trainer Shashank is very polite and giving proper instruction what to do on daily basis with good assistance and because of him I m coming to gym whenever I feel low he is pushing me both mentally and physically . If u follow his workouts and schedule ur physique will surely improve.! And i feel is best gym guys come to this gym and give your transfermation achieve your dreams

Very good gym with advance equipment and all are very new in affordable subscription fee . Not sure any other gym giving this rate near to Iyyapanthangal. Gym trainers are very polite and giving proper instruction what to do on daily basis with good assistance. This is making feel comfortable and handing the gym equipment with more confidence during the reps. The people whoever want to give a try will definitely feel the above said one for sure.

Best unisex gym with excellent ambience located in prime area of Kattupakam. Very affordable annual fees compared to others at Kattupakam & nearby. It spread across 2 floors, very spacious, fully equipped with necessary machines. Seperate Toilets for gents and Ladies. Has Good parking area. They have Good trainers with extensive knowledge about the workouts. Trainers Mr.Vasu and Mr.Surya have given me a great guidance in my workouts. They are very friendly, cooperative and good motivators. So I would highly recommend for people to join "Rams Fitness Studio"

Best in the locality for Zumba Session... vijay bro is awesome and encourages everyone... Overall fun filling and a good stress buster. Only gym where you will not be forced to take Personal training..Surya will coach personally everyday and will give clear cut instructions... Nice place for physical fitness, best infrastructure to explore something new. Teaches all style of dances also here for both adults and children. Especially zumba class is awesome here had fun also and have a good experience in physical fitness...can also attend exercises in gym for fitness that's what the best thing hereAwesome fitness centre...best of the best in locality...trainers are doing a good job...zumba classes is very good ..it reduces our stress and makes our body flexible...zumba vijay master is very helpfull
