This gym is one of the best place if you are really looking out to be a fit and healthy person. I am glad I took the right decision by joining this gym nearly 10 years ago. With all the latest equipments, the gym is well maintained, very clean and good infrastructure. A special mention to the trainer Me. Murali, who genuinely works in helping the customers to push their limits and make them feel safe and confident. The workouts are customised for each person suiting to their needs and he is there for everyone making sure the techniques, postures are followed properly. The patience with a gentle smile he has is commendable. Lucky to have found a trainer like him. Overall RA health and fitness studio is a must need for everyone and i wholeheartedly recommend this.

I joined this gym in the month of March. The equipment's were excellent and the Trainer Mr. Murali was very friendly and supporting during the workout. One of the best gym. Highly recommended!
