I have been coming to this gym for 2 years now and it's a perfect women's only gym for me. Very positive atmosphere which not only lifts your mood but also inspires to push your limits. The trainers are very friendly and push us to next level. The gym has good equipment for both cardio and strength training. They also support with diet suggestions to support weight loss. Overall it's a comfortable gym for women.

I have been coming to gym for past 4 months .I would say it is a good option for a womens' only gym. The staff and trainers are very friendly and motivating. They have a variety of gym equipments to facilitate our workout . Group classes such as strength training ,zumba , yoga are conducted regularly by trainers. Overall it has been a good experience .

A very happy place for all the women out there , who's looking at healthy fit lifestyle, Queen's has excellent trainers n very cooperative..makes you feel at ease n help us in every way possible . Do join them n getting into fitness.
