I joined the gym a Month ago. I don't want six packs and to build a muscle. I just want to eat and maintain my fitness that's the main reason I have to joined the gym. But I lost "5kg weight" in a month. the trainers are very professional and also friendly. The atmosphere is good and the equipment are very well maintained.

This is Krishnan i joined the gym one month ago..team pro fitness Mr.Tamilnadu "Sridhar" Brother is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness he also knows and shares a nutrition diet plan for having good health. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers Mr Ajith Brother and Mr Karthik Brother who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The atmosphere is awesome with fully high end fitness equipment. It's a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my friends and family.

Really this gym has high quality imported equipment's and the space provided is well enough for doing workout . Most important thing cleanness is extremely good . Last but not least training and trainers are extremely good and experienced. . . . If any body wants to achieve your dream physic . I'll personally suggest this gym ..!!!!!!!

Really good ambience for working out , the trainers helped me a lot and make sure the form is correct . The appliances are really good with AC and drinking water provided in the services .

All gym machines are available and well maintained ....
