This is my 2nd review..... 9 Months Completed...from 87kg to 77.7kg I am thrilled to share that my health has significantly improved. I feel great and am more productive than ever. I would like to express my gratitude to Sathya mam and Siva Master for their constant encouragement; both of you are outstanding They did not provide any fake expectations; everything they conveyed was practical and achievable.They make you to push yourself more . A particularly impressive aspect of their approach is they always make sure to check on you even if you skip for more than a day, That's what makes you to consistent and they also track your body measurements monthly and adjust your training program and diet plans as needed. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for good gym and fitness training. You will not regret it.

Planet Force is my first gym, and I've been here for three months. I had ligament surgery on my left leg and my right shoulder was dislocated, so I was scared to join a gym. But since this gym also offers physiotherapy, I decided to give it a try. They looked at my pain and shoulder posture and started a "Pain Management and Posture Correction" program for me. Now, I feel much more confident. The owner, Master Sivakumar, is always available to answer any questions. If we do a workout wrong, he notices and helps us fix it. Both Master Sivakumar and Sathiya Mam helped me feel better and made my recovery easier. They also gave me a diet plan that doesn't include protein powder and focuses on simple, home-based food.

Over the past two months, I've had a really positive experience at the gym. The facilities are always clean, and the equipment is well-maintained, making it a comfortable environment to train in. I've noticed that the staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist if needed. The variety of classes offered has been a great addition, and I've enjoyed trying new workouts that have kept me motivated and engaged. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I feel like I'm making noticeable progress in my fitness journey.

Its been 5 months now and I am happy that I took the right decision by joining Planet Gym. If you looking for a proper gym where you can shed some calories & sweat, its the best place. The owners of the gym Siva & Sathya master are professional trainers and what I understood from all the interactions with them is fitness are their passion and its their soul. I have been trained by this for the past 3 months and Master Sivakumar takes cares each and every individual as his own brothers and guide us with proper diet and workout. The Gym is open both morning and in evening.
