Omkara Yogalaya Ramapuram is truly the best yoga training center. The yoga trainer gives individual attention to each student with great patience. They clearly teach the techniques and explain the benefits and effects of each yoga practice. I am very interested in the sessions and feel completely satisfied with the experience.

I ve been attending yoga classes here for a month, it was absolutely amazing both physically and mentally. First, the place was clean and calming atmosphere.Then the instructor Sowmya mam incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. She create such a positive and encouraging environment, making everyone feel comfortable regardless of their experience level. I highly recommend this place for a great yoga experience.
