Mr. sai is awesome when it comes to training, I have been training with him and he has pushed me beyond what I actually think I can do. I have seen amazing results and cant wait to see more. I have been receiving compliments from friends and family. I would recommend it to everyone.
One of the worst ever gym experience. Have given complaints about the ac not working to optimal conditions as many people can be seen sweating profusely during work-outs on both the floors ( the 2nd floor is even more worse as we sweat even more during leg days ) few months ago and yet all the tell is the repair men will come, and yet no one has come to change this. We pay a ton to work out in our optimal conditions, but what is its use if we can't even breathe properly due to the intense sweating and insufficient airflow inside ? Worst experience.
I've been a member at this gym for a while, and unfortunately, several issues continue to affect the experience: Many machines have torn seat covers, and several dumbbells are uneven due to damaged or missing rubber, making some exercises unsafe. Hygiene standards are poorly maintained many members do not use towels, wipe down equipment after use, or rerack weights, and there's no staff presence to enforce or educate about these basic practices. The air conditioning is inadequate, especially on the second floor where leg equipment is placed. With only one functional AC unit, it becomes extremely uncomfortable during the summer. The second floor also lacks proper ventilation and cleanliness, which makes training there unpleasant. Trainers seem unaware of equipment availability. I asked for a second fat grip, was told it was lost and replacements were ordered yet I found it myself later that day on-site. Most importantly, the gym charges fees in line with industry standards for premium facilities, yet the maintenance, hygiene, and management fall well below expectations.
The gym in our area is very disappointing. 1. We have to request for the AC daily, and sometimes they ignore the request. On the second floor, which is 1000 sq. ft., they only turn on one AC unit. They use an 'AUX' brand AC, which I've never heard of, and set it to 16 degrees. It takes an hour to feel any cooling effect. 2. The trainers are inexperienced and immature; they need more experienced trainers--no comments. 3. The restroom is in terrible condition, and parking is limited. Overall, the gym seems to be focused solely on making money without caring for the people. Worst experience.
Mr Sai the trainer is extremely involved and make sure we achieve the goals. My sessions have been amazing with the trainer and can't wait to see results.
