5.5kg lost in just 28 days. A thumbs-up for master, who guided me . Feb 10th 2021 i joined the gym at 81.5 kgs and today's date march 8th my weight is 76 kgs. This became possible by master's proper diet plan and workout schedule without any personal training. I did a combo of Cardio, CrossFit, Aerobics and Weight training in these 28 days and followed the diet properly. At last i would say just give this gym a try, its economic and good for students who can't spend much money in gyms.
