Attending this yoga class has been an incredible journey for both my mind and body. The instructor is knowledgeable, patient, and creates a welcoming atmosphere for all skill levels. Each session is well-structured, focusing on breathing techniques, flexibility, and mindfulness. What I love most is the balance between relaxation and strength-building exercises.
