His guidance and expertise made significant changes in my well being. He pays personal attention to each one and instructs in a calm and supportive manner which we like more. One of the most noticeable benefits was how light and relaxed my body felt after each class. Carefully designed stretches and movements helped to release my built up tension and brought a refreshing sense of ease. I had been dealing with persistent pain in my right hip area which had been affecting my daily activities. Overtime and continues practice now the pain reduced and now barley noticeable.
