Very nice place to get into the habit of workout in our daily routine. People motivates us well here. You never regret and they provide us workout chart for 5 days per week. Motivate yourself and by others. :)

Cheapest gym in the surrounding, has its own protocols and discipline!!! The name itself gives us a self confidence to interact with persons...Members coming there are not just members but also are partners to help with, the one thing that i criticize about is having less ventilation.
