If you are self motivated and can follow up regularly on your own schedule, it is good here. I needed extra motivation and follow up from female trainer for me to be regular, which didnt work for me. Its all sugarcoated words that i would be followed up on hitting the gym and cant remember any such from the female trainer though I have explicitly called out. Its a waste of money in my case.

This is probably the best gym in and around Chromepet, Chennai. Prior to my annual visit to India for the year end holidays, I was checking out gyms here and this came out on top. I joined for a month immediately after landing in Chennai. As I wrap up my annual holiday visit and get ready to head back, I am very grateful for this gym (which happens to be close to our home too). It's a very intimate, personal gym. Small in size but very well equipped. They keep the whole gym very clean and all equipment work as expected. There is never a rush at any time (at least from my month long experience) and it's easy to do the planned workout routines. The prices are great and comparable with other gym's I have been to, including in the US. Hours are great and importantly, the staff are truly wonderful. They are very welcoming, supportive as and when needed and very accommodative to requests. Naveen in particular is a wonderful guy, willing to step in with suggestions on workout routines, proper techniques etc. In my personal experience, the whole experience with a gym also depends on the other members and patrons. In this location, every single person who comes to work out are fantastic, easy to work out with and share equipment and fundamentally enable a very friendly, warm atmosphere. It's not often we find a gym that is truly non judgmental and Muscle Breaker's Lifestyle Fitness Studio is one of those rare ones that is a well rounded gym in all aspects. I am glad I found this close to home (walking distance) and managed to keep my workout routine going even during the holiday visit. I will definitely come here again when I visit India next. I highly recommend this gym and fitness studio for anyone - from beginners to the most experienced - who wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Particularly for visitors to this part of Chennai, and those who are looking for a great gym/fitness studio, do not look anywhere else.
