I've been training at Movement Inc for the past few months. Since I'd never been to any gym before and don't lead an especially active life I was a bit apprehensive at the beginning, but it's been a fun journey. I have ADHD, and I typically struggle with motivation, self discipline, maintaining focus, creating and sustaining routines and working consistently through resistance. The way the gym creatively maps out every session with variations and new combinations helps make everything interesting, and I can see improvements already in my mental and physical health.
