I was suffering from right knee joint pain for couple of months and right shoulder pain started and that's when joined Liva Fitness as a New year resolution on Jan 1st week of 2025. The gym is spacious, well equipped with latest machines and most importantly the trainer Miss Annal...Omg She's such a sweet heart in general and one strict officer when it comes to workout After Joining there within a week my joint pain and shoulder pain vanished and I started seeing good results (even though I wasn't very consistent going to Gym) .. But I made sure to hit the Gym atleast 3-4 days a week(From Monday to Friday) .. With the Diet plans, workouts plans, Group Classes(twice a week organized by our trainer) helped me alot in reducing upto 3 kgs and I had inch loss 15.6(In a duration of approx 6 months including freezing gym for a couple of months).. Our Trainer Annal even organises weight loss Challenges, Trekking and BootCamps very often which will be a fun and an entertainment for many ladies like us ,as well as we do workout in the open space which gives us a different kind of experience.. Not only our trainer, Baghya the receptionist , Usha and Amudha who does housekeeping are very good and friendly with us. Even if we raise any concerns the owner of the Gym listens and provides us with whatever we ask for.. And my special mention is ,I got loads of very good friends after joining here who are like a family within a very short span of time and this is one of the main reasons I love our Gym & I'm very Thankful for the Gym along with many other reasons.
