I have joined gym and they first check the strength and provide the workouts based on our strength and also diet. They provide all activities like aerobics, weight loss, strengthening, personal training. Good results will be shown.

Good ambience. strengthening, weight loss, personal training , aerobics, all these are provided here. Friendly environment. Coaching will be provided based on individual strengths.

I recently joined [king &queen] and have had an amazing experience! The facility is always clean and well-maintained, with a great variety of equipment that caters to all fitness levels. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with tips or answer questions. I've particularly enjoyed the group classes, which are motivating and led by enthusiastic instructors. I highly recommend [king & queen ] for anyone looking to reach their fitness goals in a welcoming environment!

It's been 1 month I joined here and I took PT session, I reduced 5.5 kgs. This is all because of my coach Kavitha mam, she's so supportive and guided me well. Very neat and clean gym with well qualified equipments. I'll definitely suggest my friends to join this gym. Insta Id: _king_queen_gym

Dear All, It is the worst Gym i ever seen, In this Gym I had joined on 5.4.2023 the challenged for 4 kg weight reduction along with the PERSONAL TRAINER paid of amount is 8000 rs totally in a single shot, during the 1 month period even in one day the trainer not available at Gym & trainer don't no what the person doing in Gym. Finally the speak harless to us with many reason. Totally money minded Gym they will not think about the candidate who paid for him. After getting a money no one will train or monitor you even after paid for PERSONAL TRAINER Requesting all you please don't join this GYM & Don't waste your money. Because trainer is not loyal to his work itself. People who or seeing the owner review is not truth because we can't able to reply back so just for name sike they are replying. If again the owner reply on it. I will post my Google pay recieved. Gym entry sign of ledger which is maintained by the gym. All evidence I'm having in my hand.
