I've had a great experience at my gym! The trainers (day time trainers - Kamal, Mani & evening time trainers- Sambath and Naveen are knowledgeable and supportive, always bringing in effective and creative workout ideas that keep things interesting and challenging. They also provide helpful diet plans tailored to individual goals, which really adds to the overall fitness journey. It's a well-rounded place for anyone serious about getting fit.

Great gym with good equipment. Sampath and Naveen Masters help us train well for each workout. Kamal Sir is good at helping and teaching workouts. They come up with good workout plan for each day which helps train better.

Been to quite a few gyms, in Chennai and after Cultfit in Mumbai was looking for something of equal standards. So it brought me to KAGE FITNESS GYM! Yes they have a good variety of weight training equipment and the celebrity trainer Mr Kamal has set high standards. We are presently very happy with our training and workouts at KAGE. All the other trainers are also very attentive towards the members and do advise members if they are going wrong or if we have an incorrect form. Usually gym trainers dont pay attention once the payment is done. So if u are looking for good training and ne stop for your wellness and health needs, KAGE it is. Visit them

Clean and optimally equipped gym in Anna Nagar. Not too crowed. Enough trainers are there to help you. Annual plan is quite affordable.

Kage Fitness Center is one of the most well-equipped gyms in the city. It has a wide variety of modern machines for cardio, strength training, and functional workouts. There's also a dedicated section for free weights and a spacious area for everything is clean and well-maintained.

I have been to various gyms in Chennai for the last 8 years. KAGE is different from the rest! The machines are better than the ones even in SLAM or Maverick. And unlike SLAM which clutters the floor with useless machines. KAGE made it a point to not fill the floor with machines... But rather machines we use regularly! And they're open to developing the existing setup to make it a better place in the future!! Last but not the least, there's a small eatery outside which serves fresh juice and snacks for dead cheap prices!!

I can't recommended this gym enough! Staff are friendly, it's always clean and tidy and a good varied amount of equipment. This gym has just what I need. I tend to work out at noon when it's not crowded. So i never had to wait for equipment. Sheik has been amazing as my Trainer. The vibe here will always push me to work hard in the sessions but always so hilarity as well. Getting back to going to the gym regularly couldn't have been done without Kage helping me! The Gym Group are lucky to have Kamal, Navin, Sheik, Venkatesh, Prem, a true asset to them.
