Very simple but efficient place to start yoga practice. Stretches and Asanas provided by the master can be practiced by people of all ages. Class duration is one hour with complete focus on the purpose from beginning to end . Most of the yoga centres now a days come up with preaching activities or designed as a elite fitness studios, which is not the case here. Yoga is taught in the way with the objective to support and carry our activities in a very effective way. Kannan sir is very approachable and clarify our doubts when required. Thank you sir for your guidance!!

I am attending classes since a month and Sir has been one of the best motivators I have seen. classes are punctual and starts on time. I can see a good improvement in my overall fitness. Weekend classes help me to ensure I don't miss my classes. Fees is affordable. Thanks sir for your support
