I am happy to say this Isha Yoga Center is near my home in Selaiyur East Tambaram. Here Sadhguru Sannidhi reverberates with wonderful energy. There are several Yoga programs, trainings, and Linga Bhairavi pooja conducted regularly. I have learned Sambhavi Mahamuthrakriya here, this centre is well maintained and has attached toilet facility. This is an ideal place for learning various Yoga programs conducted by Isha Yoga Ashram and you have the opportunity to experience the grace of a guru.

On the second floor of a building in a residential locality. Car parking is a challenge. Just walkable distance from the nearest bus Stop in Selaiyur.

I have attended programs like Yogasanas, Angamardana and Surya Kriya . Excellent place. Credit goes to the volunteers for their tireless dedication in welcoming the participants & their treatmeat . Even my old age mother was impressed by the volunteers. outstandingly good place. must vist place in Tambaram to attend Yoga Program(s). Thanks voluteers.
