I m Drug specialist , Pharmacist doing a medicine marketing profession, daily I must travel more than 130 km in bike, always month end sales closing pressure will be there before Isha yoga practice. After Isha yoga practice,(since from 2003) I got good energy on whole day where ever I travel thru bike, even my friend get surprised how u doing like this at ur age of 44 now, always mind clarity, right decision making capability, handle any kind of situation effortlessly, inner balance, all these qualities gaining by practicing Isha yoga programme. Namaskaram, I am,an engineer residing at Madipakkam had fear of death which made be doctor dependent. I enrolled for Isha yoga program. Practicing yoga regularly. Now I am aware that death is a final act which has to be gracious. So I started to live graciously. Volunteering to make this happen for entire humanity. Pranams.

I joined ISHA yoga during the year 2017. I am 52 yrs young. I regularly practicing Sambhavi Mahamudra which helps me to manage my diabetics. As a working women I can actively handling both office and home, manage my mental health by doing this practice. Thank you ISHA yoga for wonderful opportunity
