I am learning KravMaga for the past two months in Urapakkam. My instructor Mithun Sir is training me in techniques like stances,striking,kicks,hand defense,defense against chokes.Sir used to correct each and every moves and helps us to understand the concepts behind it so here in our class not only we learn just the techniques but also the concepts.I am currently in P1 level of target oriented training.I am feeling proud to learn this self defense and fighting system developed for Israel defense force.The environment is too good in Urapakkam and learning KravMaga during morning time is being a refreshment for me and it increases my perception and confidence.
