House of Fitness Gold Palavakkam

One of the best gyms in that area. We have changed location now and I still miss going to HF palavakkam. Very courteous staff and not very crowded gym. Not very posh with looks but definitely a very functional gym with all essential equipments and machines. Also very affordable packages. And the only gym that's open 24 hours. U need not worry about safety even in the odd hours. The people there are very helpful and warm. I write this review after 6 months of leaving that place. Because it is a fond memory that I will always cherish. I would recommend this gym to anybody who wants to have a good time working out. But I don't know how beginner friendly it is. I don't remember there were many coaches to actually teach the beginners.
