Worst of the worst. No space to work out. No working A. C only fan (3- for entire gym)and they will switch off frequently. Some 10 year old equipment. Lady staff is a gossip girl to clients. All others gents staff is not worth mentioning. A free lancer trainer comes there who only money minded and doesn't want any of his own clients to learn. He will only do "sweet talk" to clients that are favourable to him. Wasted big money on that so called trainer

Average gym. OK for the price. Has Ok equipment, not maintained well or old. A lot of them seem to need some lubrication or are just bad. Small, suitable for maybe 10 ppl at a time. No parking space for cars, there's luck for about 4-5 cars on the street max. Not suitable to walk when it's dark cos of stray dogs unfortunately which is not really their fault. It's an AC gym but not centralised and only few are turned ON so its pretty hot, can't call it an AC gym.

Here is my review after my experience. The gym is good but the trainers training aren't up to the expectations. I can't see any results after joining the gym. I have seen trainer yelling at the gym mate when the sweat is flowing. Remember gym is the place where customers pays money to get his/her sweat out. Lady trainer worst she don't know how to speak to the customer. Don't expect any respect from her. Anyways, the management have to train the trainers. The trainers didn't maintain any log book about their customers. This is one of the basic element when customers is paying huge sum of money. You can notice some old customers log book but they are outdated and not used anymore. There is No diet plan or chart shared to their customers. Management please look at other gym and benchmark your gym.

Very nice gym, excellent trainers, amazing equipments, the available plans cost lower compared to the other gyms in the surroundings, one of the best gyms in neelankarai, had an very pleasant experience, thank you.

Dont have professional trainers here and there's no privacy space for floor workouts for women..its ok if u have the knowledge of workouts..not beginner friendly
