I started yoga practice one month before to cure some health issues like sleeping and gastritis related. Yoga Guru Center - one of best cener for yoga. Master is well trained and has great experience in this field. He treats everyone with respect and teaches Yoga very patiently. He is very much approachable and takes care that we practise yoga steps with accuracy. I am able to see the difference even in short period of time. Even fee is much less compared to other centers.

It's very sublime place to learn. Teaching is really good and friendly peers. I have been practicing yoga here for the past two months and really saw improvement in my health. I had learned yoga here nearly 10years ago and discontinued for personal reasons and I'm continuing now after having many health issues. So it's better to keep practicing to maintain our health. It's always better late than never.

This yoga class is very friendly. Pasupathy sir is very experienced in yoga and knowledgeable in health. I have had back pain for a long time due to my IT field. After I joined this class, the back pain was cured. The basic stretches make us more brisk and active throughout the day. Sir is very flexible and allows us to be comfortable in stretches and asanas slowly instead of pushing hard to complete. Thanks sir.
